portal menu — a friendly view of their Simpro schedule (job address, who they’re working with, job details,
mobile-visible attachments). Click a row to see exactly what they see.
You have view-only access to Scheduling — the toggles are disabled.

Electricians, Electrical Apprentices and Trades Assistants appear here — Sales and office roles don’t
(hidden test accounts also appear, for the owner, so the module can be tested).
My schedule enables/disables the whole Scheduling module for that person. Uploads lets them
attach a photo/file from their phone to a job they’re scheduled on — only on the scheduled day — and is only
available once My schedule is on. Both are disabled by default for everyone, including new employees —
turn people on here when they’re ready.
